Front Page Publication in Directions Magazine 2023 by Design Hotels
This image of ION Adventure Hotel in Iceland, commissioned to Helena Lee by ION Hotels, has been published in the 2023 edition of Directions Magazine.
Selected for Volcano Fundraiser Exhibition at KOFI Gallerí, Reykjavík
This image of the Litli-Hrútur eruption in Iceland by Helena Lee was selected as one of the 25 images to be showcased in KOFI Gallerí Reykjavik — founded by Chris Burkard and Benjamin Hardman.
The purpose of the exhibition was to raise funds for the Icelandic Search and Rescue Team ICE-SAR, also known as Landsbjörg.
After 2 weeks of exhibition, the prints raised a total of 1,519,647 ISK (about 10k euros). 100% was donated to ICE-SAR.
ADAPTIO Selected for Boreal Screendance Festival 2023
ADAPTIO, a dance shortfilm directed by Helena Lee, was screened in the Akureyri Art Museum in Iceland during November 2023, together with several dance pieces of talented international filmmakers.
